Description The purpose of this policy is to give Washington State Department of Ecology staff guidance in gaining access to property for the investigations and cleanup of hazardous waste sites. For the purpose of this Policy, entry onto property means being physically present on the property. This Policy was re-formatted and cataloged in Ecology’s publications database in October 2017 and was not changed from the original document.
