Description This draft guidance is the first of two-volumes on protecting wetlands using the best available science. It was sent out for review in September of 2003. The Core Team involved in the project reviewed all comments and revised the text as appropriate. See "Related Publications" for responses to comments on the draft and the final (current) version.
