Description This TMDL addresses the 303(d) listed water quality impaired water bodies for the DDT and PCBs in the lower Okanogan River basin on the Okanogan River, Lake Osoyoos and the tributary streams Tallant Creek, Elgin Creek and Ninemile Creek, as well as the unlisted tributaries of Antoine Creek and Mosquito Creek.
