Description | The Department of Ecology is proposing to adopt Water Resource Management Programs for the Grays-Elochoman Basin, WAC 173-525 and Cowlitz Basin, WAC 173-526. The rule proposal includes recommendations to adopt four key elements: * Setting instream flows * Closing sub basins to future withdrawals * Establishing reservations of water for future use * Specifying conditions of use for access to the water reserves. |
