Description | This 2013 video highlights a dynamic brownfields redevelopment project along Wenatchee's Columbia River waterfront. The waterfront is being transformed by community vision with the assistance of the Department of Ecology's Toxics Cleanup Program. The City of Wenatchee used an Integrated Planning Grant (IPG) to develop a plan for reuse of the Worthen Street landfill site. Integrated Planning Grants can fund preliminary work to help communities develop comprehensive strategies to clean up and reuse contaminated sites. | ||||
