Description Portions of the Deschutes River, Percival Creek, and Budd Inlet tributaries do not meet water quality standards and are on the Clean Water Act Section 303(d) list for one or more of the following parameters: fecal coliform bacteria, temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, or fine sediment. This Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) report sets the load and wasteload reductions needed to meet Washington State water quality standards, and describes implementation actions to achieve those reductions.
