Description In the State of Washington, the Department of Ecology (Ecology) awards and administers state and federal grant funds under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF). As part of the financial administration process, Ecology considers the social, economic, and environmental impacts of financing these infrastructure projects. The CWSRF environmental review is Ecology’s responsibility, conducted in a streamlined manner with the assistance of award recipients. This document contains minor revisions to reflect clarifications to the review process associated with external authorities.
