Description | This document describes how Ecology intends to use and administer funding from the Centennial Clean Water Program (Centennial), the federal Clean Water Act Section 319 Program (Section 319), the Stormwater Financial Assistance Program (SFAP), and the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF). This document also serves as the Intended Use Plan (IUP) required by the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for providing information on how Ecology will administer the CWSRF. | ||||
