|The Climate Commitment Act Program Rule requires you to disclose certain information related to your entity’s corporate associations, Cap-and-Invest Consultants and Advisors, and employees who have access to your entity’s market positions in order to register in the cap-and-invest program, or when there is a requirement to update the information reported in the form. This document provides guidance on the disclosures you must submit to the Department of Ecology.
