Description The purpose of this document is to provide supporting information for the rulemaking that adopted outstanding resource waters under chapter 173-201A WAC, Water Quality Standards for Surface Waters of the State of Washington. This document provides an evaluation of the following waterbodies for outstanding resource water designation:
• Soap Lake (Grant County)
• The upper watershed of the Cascade River and tributaries (Skagit County)
• Portions of the Napeequa River and tributaries (Chelan County)
• The upper watershed of the Green River and tributaries (Skamania County)
