Description This document provides guidance on statistical issues relating to the investigation and cleanup of soil and groundwater contamination under Chapter 173-340 WAC, Model Toxic Control Act Cleanup. It is not intended for use at sites where routine petroleum leaking underground storage tanks (LUST) cleanups undertaken using Ecology's Guidance for Remediation of Releases from Underground Storage Tanks, which includes statistical guidance in an appendix.
