| Description | This marine safety advisory bulletin informs the regulated community about the vessel traffic tracking system used in Puget Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. It is an effective system, but it does have limitations, especially regarding small craft. For this reason, all marine vessels should maintain a sharp lookout in these waters. | ||||||
