Proposal Description
An application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SSDP) to replace a 200 sq. ft. single-use dock that is to be removed with the repair of an existing seawall and install a 320 sq. ft. grated dock, relocate 2 existing watercraft lifts, and permit an existing mooring buoy. The City of Chelan Shoreline Master Program (CSMP) identifies the Shoreline Environment Designation as Residential – Single Family for the upland portion of the property.
