Proposal Description
The applicant plans to construct an aluminum stairway from the existing pier. The stairway will be approximately 13 ft long and 6 ft wide, adhering to code compliance for stairway slope. One side of the stairway will contain a handrail, while the other side will be connected to the existing seawall. The upper portion of the stairway will connect to the existing pier, while the lower portion will be anchored to a concrete footing measuring 4 ft wide, 6 ft long, and 6 inches deep.
