Member eligibility requirements:
  1. WCC member positions are limited to 18-25 year olds. Age restrictions are based on Legislative mandate. Limited exceptions may be made for veterans1, leadership positions2, and participants with a sensory or mental disability3.
  2. Priority is given to community members living in Washington State. Out-of-state applicants will be considered in locations that have an insufficient candidate pool.
