WCC is accepting applications for full term (11-month) Field Crew and Individual Placement member positions. These positions begin on Monday, October 5, 2026 and end on Wednesday, September 15, 2027. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and positions will remain open until filled.

Member eligibility requirements:
  1. Exceptions may be made for applicants who have served or are serving in the U.S. military(1) or who have a sensory or mental disability(2). Leadership positions are not subject to age restrictions(3).
  2. Priority is given to community members living in Washington State. Out-of-state applicants will be considered in locations that have an insufficient candidate pool.
