The site formerly operated as a nursery warehouse. Before February 1991, one 500-gallon gasoline underground storage tank was removed at the site. 

About 470 cubic yards of petroleum contaminated soil were excavated and landfarmed onsite.  Confirmatory sample analysis indicates that residual soil petroleum contaminated is below Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) cleanup levels.

Based upon cleanup activities, Ecology has determined the site is no longer a threat to human health and the environment. Ecology made a no further action determination in March 2006.
