EIM Data Entry Review Status | Reviewed |
Study Type | Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) development |
Study Purpose | Investigate stormwater impacts to surface-water and sediment quality, stream hydrology and the benthic macroinvertebrate health in the Squalicum Creek Watershed.Benthic macroinvertebrate data for Soos Creek in King Co are also stored under this Study ID due to publication of a joint bioassessment report (13-03-017). |

Study QA Project Plan Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology and EPA are undertaking an innovative approach to control impacts and pollutants delivered from stormwater to Squalicum Creek watershed. The stormwater pilot TMDL will include environmental assessment to address both the water quality listings and low bioassessment scores. Environmental assessment will include an evaluation of land use, impervious cover, macroinvertebrates, stream and storm flow metrics, and traditional water quality parameters. |
Study QA Assessment Level | Level 4: Data Verified and Assessed for Usability in a Formal Study Report |
