Study QA Planning LevelLEVEL 3: QAPP, SAP, or Equivalent.
Study QA Project Plan DescriptionThis project was initially focused on migrating legacy regional data to EIM, so it did not have a traditional QAPP. A project proposal and work plan was developed, and a set of data migration rules agreed upon with the regional office. The data that was migrated to EIM (both locations and results) have been extensively QA'd by EAP staff using standard EIM data QA procedures.
Study QA Assessment LevelLevel 3: Data Verified and Assessed for Usability
Study Result DescriptionAn internal agency memo was prepared summarizing the initial data migration effort. This memo was forwarded to the regional office. The regional office may conduct some additional Quality Assurance checking against their original dataset.
Study CommentLegacy water level measurement data from the Central Regional Office of Ecology up to 2009 were initially migrated from a local database to EIM. Field water level measurement data collected by CRO since the 2009 migration project are now also being added to EIM under this Study ID as time allows.
