Study QA Project Plan DescriptionThe objectives of the grant is to improve water quality by implementing tasks specifically outlined in the North Fork Palouse River Fecal Coliform TMDL Water Quality Implementation Plan released by Ecology in June 2006. These objectives are locating sources, accessing BMP effectiveness, and documenting riparian changes. Monitoring for fecal coliform bacteria, instream flows, and temperature will be conducted at all sites. Data quality, analytical, and reporting procedures are described. The QAPP was approved on April 30, 2008.
