EIM Data Entry Review Status | Reviewed |
Study Type | General environmental study |
Study Purpose | The City of Winlock built a new wastewater treatment plant in 2009 to meet the needs of the community(permit #WA0021199). The new plant has some difficulties meeting current permit requirements. Low summer flow in Olequa Creek may not provide enough dilution to allow Winlock to meet water quality standards. Ecology staff will measure Olequa’s dry weather low flows two summers to characterize stream flow. |
