Facility Search by Map

Use this page to search for facilities/permits using a map. Users can either user the map to search for a specific location or enter a street address. Once a location has been selected a map is displayed with all of the facilities within a chosen radius is displayed - a report with all of the mapped facilities is also provided.

Click on the map to select a latitude and longitude or enter an address to search for and then select a point on the map.
Once you have selected a latitude and longitude, click the Find and Map Facilities button.
