Description This Quality Assurance Project Plan describes the technical study that will monitor levels of fecal coliform bacteria as well as some tributaries not meeting standards for pH, dissolved oxygen, or temperature in the Henderson Inlet and Nisqually Reach basins and form the basis for a proposal to allocate contaminant loads to sources.
