Description The Washington State Department of Ecology has prepared this fact sheet pursuant to the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Chapter 70.105D to provide you with information about the proposed delisting of the Former Unocal Service Station 4942 site from the State’s Hazardous Sites List. Ecology’s proposal to delist the Former Unocal Bulk Plant 4942 is open for a 30-day public comment period between March 27, 2005 and April 26, 2005.
