This plan is based upon the Colville River Fecal Coliform TMDL Study (Coots, 2002; referred to in this document as the “TMDL study”) and the Colville River Watershed Bacteria Total Maximum Daily Load Submittal Report Amended May 2003 written by Murray & Coots 2003.
