Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology, White Birch Group, LLC and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company are entering into an Agreed Order to begin cleanup of contamination at the Superlon Plastics property in Tacoma. The Agreed Order will require White Birch Group, LLC and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company to contuct a Remedial Investigation to determine the nature and extent of contamination, and conduct a Feasibility Study to examine possible cleanup options.
