Information is provided about the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determination of Non-Significance that is Ecology’s determination that the activities outlined in the interim action are not likely to harm the environment. The fact sheet provides information on where to submit comments online and where to obtain electronic copies of the draft interim action work plan and the SEPA Determination. | ||||
