Description The Fact Sheet describes a public comment period for the draft interim action (partial cleanup action) work plan for ditch remediation next to and on the Superlon Site. Information is provided about the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determination of Non-Significance that is Ecology’s determination that the activities outlined in the interim action are not likely to harm the environment. The fact sheet provides information on where to submit comments online and where to obtain electronic copies of the draft interim action work plan and the SEPA Determination.
NOTES A link to the documents is placed on the Site’s gsp. The documents are uploaded to DSARS. The document is a fact sheet mailer that will be mailed to residents at addresses about ¼ mile from the Superlon Site.
