Description | The Department of Ecology entered into an Agreed Order with White Birch Group, LLC and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (the potentially liable parties or PLPs) to begin cleanup of contamination at the Superlon Plastics property in Tacoma, Washington, in January 2009. As part of this agreement, Ecology is requiring the PLPs to conduct an Interim Action (partial cleanup action).
