Description The Washington State Department of Ecology and the Port of Olympia entered into an Agreed Order in October 2008 to begin cleanup of contamination at the East Bay Redevelopment site in Olympia. As part of this Agreed Order, the Port was required to
develop two work plans to complete an Interim Action (partial cleanup) and a Remedial Investigation at the site. The public is invited to comment on the Interim Action Work Plan from March 16 through April 16, 2009. A public meeting will be held April 1.
