Description | The Department of Ecology (Ecology) is holding a public hearing on June 8, 2009, for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDES) for the East Bay Redevelopment Cleanup Site. The NPDES permit is required for the Port of Olympia (Port) to complete Interim Actions at the cleanup site. Ecology is also extending the public comment period on the permit until June 8, 2009.
