Description The Washington Department of Ecology and Coluccio Family LLC are entering into a Consent Decree to complete cleanup activities at the Trailer Village Park property at 1313 Harrison Avenue in Centralia. The Consent Decree requires groundwater monitoring to determine when contamination has been reduced below state cleanup standards. In addition, an environmental covenant will be placed on the property deed to protect people from small amounts of contamination that remain on the site. Ecology is asking for your comments on the draft Cleanup Action Plan. Comments will be accepted August 10 through September 10, 2009.
