Description The Department of Ecology is proposing to remove the Jackpot Food Mart 01-081 Site, at 1518 Main Street, Oroville, from the Hazardous Sites List. This is a list of contaminated properties in the state. The Jackpot Food Mart Site is a gasoline station/convenience store and is ranked a 3 on the Hazardous Sites List. A ranking of 1 is the highest level of environmental concern compared to other sites on the list and a 5 is the lowest. Public comments will be accepted January 13 through February 14, 2011.
