Description This policy specifies the standards that Washington State Department of Ecology staff use when they create or change information for facilities or sites in two databases: 1) the Facility/Site database and 2) the Integrated Site Information System (ISIS) database.

REVISION NOTE: This policy became effective July 1, 2007, and was revised October 27, 2011. In September 2018, we formatted the document, added Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) language, and cataloged it in Ecology’s publications database. With the exception of ADA language, content of this policy did not change since it was revised October 27, 2011.
