| Description | Ecology invites comments on an Agreed Order with the James D. and Jacqueline H. Gilmur Living Trust, owners of the Duwamish Marine Center site. The site is at 6365 First Avenue South, Seattle, WA on the east side of the Lower Duwamish Waterway. The Agreed Order requires a Remedial Investigation, Feasibility Study, and preparation of a draft Cleanup Action Plan. Comments will be accepted August 1 through August 30, 2011.
