A legislative report. The intent of E2SHB 2238 is to use funds that would pay for compensatory mitigation to fund programs for forest landowners. The E2SHB law adds language to the Aquatic Resources Act, 90.74 RCW, to allow development projects to use three underfunded forest landowner forestry programs to meet compensatory mitigation needs. |
