Description The Washington State Department of Ecology is providing an opportunity for the public to comment on its plans to conduct an interim action to address petroleum contaminated soils. An interim action is a partial cleanup designed to significantly reduce contaminants and/or exposure to contaminants. Ecology is also issuing a State Environmental Policy Act Determination of Non-Significance, at the Bonjorni Site located at 5281 Vantage Highway, Ellensburg, Washington. Ecology is asking for your comments on the Interim Action Plan and SEPA Documents. Comments will be accepted December 20, 2012 through January 22, 2013.
