| Description | On August 8, 2012, Ecology adopted amendments to Chapter 173-360 WAC, Underground Storage Tank Regulations (UST Rule). The amendments include conditions and requirements for delivery prohibition, operator training, and secondary and under-dispenser containment. This document informs those who must comply with the amended rule how Ecology intends to implement and enforce the rule, train Ecology staff about the rule, inform and educate persons affected by the rule, promote and assist voluntary compliance with the rule, and evaluate such compliance. This document also includes information about supporting documents that may need to be written or revised because of the amended rule, other resources where more information about the rule is available, and contact information for Ecology employees who can answer questions about the rule implementation. |
