| Description | On August 8, 2012, Ecology adopted amendments to Chapter 173-360 WAC, Underground Storage Tank Regulations (UST Rule). The amendments include conditions and requirements for delivery prohibition, operator training, and secondary and under-dispenser containment. This report reviews the economic analyses performed by Ecology to estimate the incremental expected benefits and costs of the adopted amendments to the UST Rule. This document is generally intended for use with an associated Least Burdensome Alternative analysis and Small Business Economic Impact Statement to develop an understanding of the full impact of the adopted rule amendments. | ||||
