Description | Ecology and Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) are entering into an agreed order for the Industrial Petroleum site at 1117 and 1120 West Bay Drive NW, Olympia, WA. Leaks and spills from a pipeline and storage tanks contaminated soil, groundwater, and sediments at the site with petroleum hydrocarbons. ARCO is to develop remedial investigation report, feasibility study, and draft cleanup action plan. Public comments will be accepted May 17 through June 18, 2012. | ||||
