| Description | The Department of Ecology invites comments on a cleanup plan and an investigation report for the Fox Avenue Building LLC Site in south Seattle. The site is in an industrial area near the Lower Duwamish Waterway. Past site activities included operation of coke and oil fired furnaces and bulk storage of petroleum and chemicals. A Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study report, Cleanup Action Plan and Agreed Order are available for review and comment. Public comment period is March 1 through 30, 2012. | ||||
