Description This Ecology fact sheet provides information about the Troy Laundry Site at 307 Fairview Ave North, Seattle, WA, and south of Lake Union. An Agreed Order was negotiated with Touchstone to complete remedial actions at the Site. Actions include drafting and finalizing a remedial investigation report and a feasibility study report, drafting a cleanup action plan and completing monthly progress reports. Public comments will be accepted April 6 through May 7, 2012.
