The Department of Ecology is entering into a new Agreed Order with the Port of Tacoma for its Parcel 88 site. The site is located at 1621 Marine View Drive. Ecology is accepting comments on three documents (the Remedial Investigation/ Feasibility Study, Draft Cleanup Action Plan and Agreed Order) from April 18 through May 20, 2013. |
