Description The Washington State Department of Ecology has issued an Emergency Enforcement Order for the F/V (fishing vessels) Helena Star and Golden West. In January 2013, the Helena Star sank, became entangled with the Golden West and began to leak oil. The order requires seven Potential Liable Parties to raise and remove the Helena Star. The public is invited to review and comment on the Enforcement Order from April 11—May 13, 2013.
