Description | The Washington Department of Ecology invites comments on an amendment to an Agreed Order for cleanup actions at the Fox Avenue Building LLC Site in south Seattle. Last spring, Ecology finalized an Agreed Order to begin cleanup work at the site. Because of a recent EPA rule change, Ecology has revised some of the cleanup levels that were set for the site.Comments will be accepted March 25-April 26, 2013. | ||||
