| Description | The Washington Department of Ecology invites your comments on an amendment to an Agreed Order for cleanup actions at the Port of Seattle Terminal 30. Terminal 30 is located on land that was part of the Elliot Bay tide flats before 1900. The flats were filled with various materials, including dredged sediment, to develop the area around Elliot Bay. Under the proposed amendment, Ecology will require the Port of Seattle to develop and submit a draft Cleanup Action Plan that outlines the preferred cleanup alternative and describes how it will be implemented. Your comments will be accepted from September 20 through October 21, 2013. | ||||
