Description The Washington State Department of Ecology prepared this fact sheet to provide you updated information about the North Lot Development Cleanup. The Site is located north of CenturyLink Field, at the southeast intersection of South King Street and Occidental Avenue South in Seattle, WA. The Site is approximately 3.85 acres and is being cleaned up and developed as part of an Inter-Modal regional transit hub. Ecology invites your comments on documents related to this cleanup. Comments will be accepted from November 15, 2013, through December 16, 2013.
