| Description | On August 29, 2014, Ecology repealed Chapter 173-322 WAC and adopted new Chapter 173-322A WAC, Remedial Action Grants and Loans. The new chapter modifies and replaces the repealed chapter and is effective on September 29, 2014. This document informs those who must comply with the rule how Ecology intends to implement and enforce the rule, inform and educate persons affected by the rule, promote and assist voluntary compliance with the rule, evaluate the rule, and train Ecology staff. |
