Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology and Trans Mountain Pipeline (Puget Sound) LLC will enter into a Consent Decree to clean up historical petroleum contamination in Whatcom County. The site is an existing oil pipeline pump station located at 1009 East Smith Road, approximately 4 miles north of the City of Bellingham. The public is invited to submit comments on this proposed cleanup effort by May 19, 2014. | ||||
