Description The WRIA 53 – Lower Lake Roosevelt Watershed planning group initiated a groundwater level measuring and surface water gauging program during its Phase 2 Level 2 watershed planning process. This program was initiated in order to better understand the groundwater elevations and fluctuations in the three major aquifers within the WRIA 53 watershed.
