Description | This procedure provides guidance for Washington State Department of Ecology staff. It identifies roles, responsibilities, and steps needed to recover costs for cleanup sites under a Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) order or decree. REVISION NOTE: This procedure became effective in November 1995 and was revised February 13, 2015. In September 2018, we formatted the document, updated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) language, and cataloged it in Ecology’s publications database. With the exception of ADA language, the content of this procedure did not change. |
